Trust policies

Published before the pilot (Architecture Section 21).

Your item will not change

An issued edition's media, serial and terms are never silently altered. Any change is a new, visible event, and you get a notice.

Takedowns and existing holders

If a creator or class is removed for fraud or rights problems, holders are notified and refunded or credited. Editions are marked, never hidden from their owners.

Licence ending

If a creator's licence ends, issued editions stay viewable in your Vault and you receive the published remedy.

Ledger halt, freeze and correction

Published triggers, two-person approval, partner notice before action where possible, and a public report afterwards. Sealed blocks are never rolled back; corrections are new events.

Approvals hygiene

Export is switched off. If it is ever switched on, token approvals will expire and you will be warned about stale approvals.

Agent limits

AI agents act only under an owner's grant and spending limit, and never revoke, export or move editions.

Money

Yānqīthā never holds or moves money. BAPC Billing takes payments and makes refunds; a refund revokes the matching edition.

Privacy

The ledger holds internal account ids only. Your name and email live in a separate store that is erased if you ask; the ledger then keeps an anonymous history. Verify pages never show who owns an item.
